Terms and Conditions

Users Services:
All information other than general listings and product related items are deemed to be true and correct.  Choice Advertising Group is not responsible for the actions or the information supplied by the Sellers.

Private Sellers:
The use of these services is at the client’s discretion, and a fee for this service is applicable.  The private advertiser may advertise multiple products with a payment required for each individual advertisement.

The advert placed by the Private Seller must be clear and easy to read.  Any misleading information placed on the Choice websites will be removed immediately, without refund.  Material placed on the Choice websites by Private Sellers/Advertisers found to be offensive will be prosecuted will be removed immediately without a refund.

The Private Seller may place an ad with 8 images included in the advert.  Once completed and the payment process has successfully completed the advert for your listing will be displayed immediately onto the Choice site.

When a product is sold it is the Sellers responsibility to cancel the advert.  The listing remains on the system until cancelled.  If sold, it is not the responsibility of Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd to remove the advert.  Any legal actions taken due to misleading advertising, or failure to remove, will be at the Sellers peril.

Private Sellers may be offered a free voucher code, giving them 30 days of free advertising on the Choice websites.  At the time of registration the sellers credit card details will be required.  At the end of the 30 days notice will be provided informing them that the time limit is due to expire and ask if they wish to continue the advert.  If agreeing to continue then the credit card will be charged for the normal advertising rate on the Choice website.

Failure to reply to the email notification will mean closure of the account and any listing removed from the Choice website.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter pricing without notice.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any listing or refuse any voucher offer at our discretion.

Account Customers:
Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd provides the online services to brokers, resellers, wholesale and retailers, at a low monthly cost.  The price for each of the Choice websites may vary due to the services provided.

General accounts will be given the opportunity of having unlimited listings in the Choice website they utilize, excluding www.tradiechoice.com.au.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd does not require any contracts to be signed, nor do we demand minimum trading length of term.  There are different rates for Sellers advertising on a month by month basis, in comparison to Sellers choosing to advertising for longer periods.

Cancellation of any Sellers account can be done by email through the Choice Adverting Group’s website.  30 days notice of cancellation from the end of the month is required.

Failure to maintain account payments will mean all listings will be suspended until payment is made in full for the amount owing.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend any account suspect of sharing information about our services with our competitors.  No refund will be given and legal actions may proceed if substantial evidence is found supporting the claim.

Product Alert Clients:
Private information provided by the user will be used for the purpose of emailing notifications of new listings that match your search criteria.

Any listing added to your favourites will remain on the system until the user deletes or closes the Product Alert Account.

There is no charge for this service.  Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd reserve the right to remove any user who we feel is not genuine, or has been linked to a competitor.

Advertisers:
All advertising campaigns commence at the beginning of a calendar month.  The types of advertising are both shared and individual, subject ot the location the advertisement is placed into.  Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd charge accordingly for the advertising type.

All account invoices are distributed by post.  Payment can be made via direct deposit or by cheque, payable to Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd.

Payments in full are required prior to any advertising campaign being run.

All artwork is to be provided in either Illustrator or editable PDF.  Additional fees will apply if Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd is unable to access any files supplied by the Advertiser.

Currency:
All sales on this website is in Australian Dollars. If an international seller is advertising through this website then it is the responsiblilty of the user to supply the correct selling price in Australian Dollars based on the coversion rate at the time of placing the ad. Please note, the Australian Dollar changes daily which may effect the final sale price.

Refund Policy:
Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd does not give refunds for any service provided. If a listing is deemed as inappropriate or offensive, then the sellers advert will be cancelled by the administration and no refund given.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd does not sell or provide any product from the Choice websites.  All products purchased and sold through the Choice group of websites are sold by another party utilizing the Choice website services, and is liable for any refund in relation to the product sold, and the sellers terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy:
During the process of registering as a user, private information is requested and stored on a secure database for each of the Choice websites.  The information recorded is used by the Choice Advertising Group and is not harvested out to any other advertising companies.

Choice advertising Group Pty Ltd collects information as provided by the user for statistical reasons.  Your private details are not harvested to any other form of marketing groups.

Information collected is:
Your name
Email Address
Contact information
And I.P. Address.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd will use your information for our own marketing relating to the Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd business only.

Once an account has been closed you will receive news from the Choice site you were registered with.  If you do not wish to continue receiving email news, you can unsubscribe from the service by selecting a link on the email.  You will then be removed from the database.

For security and spamming reasons Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd provide a “contact the seller” email form when viewing a detailed listing of a product.  No email address will be displayed on any website created by Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd.

Disclaimer:
All content for adverts are published as completed by the Seller. Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or misrepresentations and eventual consequences or damages of any kind.

Notification of errors or misrepresentations should be directed to the seller of the advertised product via the Seller Contact form, located on the advertisements detailed listing.

In the event of the seller's failure to comply with the request, we ask to be notified of such via the www.choicegroup.com.au website, and will act accordingly.

Choice Advertising Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for the content of external websites accessed by links from the Choice websites. Services provided by third parties are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for the services provided.

Choice Advertising Group reserves the right to change prices without notice.  We reserve the right to suspend and/or remove any listing found to be inappropriate, offensive or misleading.

Vouchers provided by Choice Advertising Group are set up on a time limit.  Choice Advertising Group reserves the right to refuse a voucher listing at our discretion.
